About us…

Since 2012, The eLearning Company LLC has been creating award-winning, innovative, and practical learning solutions to support our clients’ critical performance objectives. Headquartered in Woodbridge, CT, we are a fully remote organization with contractors located around the United States and around the world.

Our founder…

Dawn Ferullo is a learning and development specialist with 25 years of experience in the industry. Dawn earned her Master’s degree in Management and Organizational Communication from Emerson College.

After working in the corporate world for several years, she branched off on her own professional journey in 2003 to begin freelancing as an instructional designer. Through freelancing, she got a sneak peek inside companies of all shapes and sizes. Talk about a crash course in business! She often felt like a fly on the wall, learning business lessons from great mentors and picking up best practices (and—just as often—what to avoid) along the way.

In 2012, Dawn took all those lessons learned and launched The eLearning Company LLC, a custom design and development company for workforce training and development. She leads a team of amazing consultants, and together, they create innovative and practical training programs that help employees improve performance and adopt best practices.
